It’s early Wednesday morning at 6 am and I start my day with writing. It is cold and dark outside. It feels strange since I came back home two days ago from my one month Asia trip. I saw life in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Hong Kong. Also, I got to spend time with my two amazing couples; thank you for your time Jacinta & Marcus and Nicola & Mike!
In one month you go through some good and some bad days but that’s what makes travelling and life in general so exciting. You cannot plan everything. Bad days make you grateful and the good ones make you dance in heaven. But I feel I’m more grateful now than before the trip and that definitely makes the trip successful. The trip itself is another story, I’m here to tell you about my last year.
It hit me hard.
Before the wedding season even started here in Finland I didn’t know if I could shoot anymore. That scared the sh*t out of me. I was scared and mad. I lived day by day slowly recovering. Still, it left a mark on me and I’m going to live with that mark for the rest of my life. It’s been almost a year now and I’m starting to see the good side of it all. The mark will be my power. It will drive me. Only because it made me grateful.
I’m grateful for my journey with all the good and bad sides. Those days make life to live for. I’m grateful for my love Jenni that she’s with me giving her support. I’m grateful for my family and for the best mom in the World. I’m grateful for all the new and the old friends who’s with me. I’m grateful for Fujifilm that they developed an amazing product and tools what I can use and feel pure joy again.
Finally, I wanted to save something special for the last. And it’s YOU. Where ever you are and who ever you are I want to thank you for coming here and spending your valuable time by reading this post and my blog in general. It hasn’t been a blog where new content is constantly being published but people are patient enough to still come and read my thoughts. Thank you for all the comments and support.
You – my couples. You made it again. You made my dreams come true. You trusted me and I got to be a part of something special and unique. I’m grateful for that. THANK YOU and BIIIIG hug!
